Hey there, I’m Laura and I’m here to support you in living well.

Through my own experiences of depression, anxiety, and burnout, the tools of yoga have continuously helped me manage the symptoms of stress while offering insight into living a life aligned with my truth. Yoga, as is life, is a process: a living, breathing tradition of svadyaya, or self-study.

While yoga is thought of mainly as stretching in the West, yoga is actually rooted in an ancient spiritual practice. At the same time, clinical research shows how yoga reduces stress, improves sleep, and supports the immune system, among many other benefits, all while connecting oneself to a sense of purpose.

I have been practicing yoga since 2008, and teaching since 2012, in private, studio, corporate, university, and clinical settings. I have over 1,000 hours of training and am receiving my Masters of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health.
